擁有 0 到 3 歲 AMI 國際蒙特梭利協會證書的 lvy，在蒙特梭利教育耕耘二十年。她致力於推廣 0 到 3 歲幼兒階段的環境預備和教育，在台灣經營了以蒙特梭利教育為主的托嬰中心，幼兒園，小學以及親子空間。 lvy一直認為蒙特梭利教育最重要的初衷-讓每一個孩子，都可以在人際互動上給予尊重、得到尊重。

Ivy自己也是三個孩子的媽， 孩子目前在幼兒期，國高中和大學階段。

Ivy, who has a 0 to 3-year-old AMI Diploma, has been dedicated to Montessori education for over 20 years. She is committed to promoting environmental preparation and education for children from 0 to 6 years old. Ivy runs childcare centers, kindergartens, elementary schools, and parent-child centers in Taiwan that focus on Montessori education. Ivy has always believed that the essence of Montessori education is to allow every child to be respected and respected in interpersonal interaction.

Ivy is also the mother of three children. Her children are currently in kindergarten, high school, and college.

何翩翩，牧村親子教室創辦人。紐約大學幼教碩士畢業、擁有AMS蒙特梭利3-6歲證書、13年園長經歷及兩本著作「蒙特梭利教養進行式」、「用同理心解鎖孩子的情緒」。翩翩認為幼兒教育的本身："做孩子的跟隨者，理解他們的需要，幫助他們面對自己的未來"。 

何翩翩自己也是三個孩子（雙胞胎兄弟和妹妹）的媽媽。

Mella, the founder of Montville Parent-Child center, graduated from New York University with a master's degree in early childhood education. She has an AMS 3-6 years Montessori diploma and has taught as a principal teacher in Kindergarten for more than 13 years. Mella also published two books, "Montessori Parenting Progress" and "Using Empathy to Unlock Children's Emotions" in Taiwan. She believes that the most important spirit of early childhood education: follow the children, understand their needs, and help them prepare their future

Mella herself is a mother of three children (twin brothers and a younger sister).
